The recipe is called Deceptively Delicious Brownies and inside this delicious taste are a ton of ingredients that are really good for you. Just remember not to eat them until they are totally cool – otherwise the Spinach flavor lingers. Inside her brownies, children will consume carrot puree, spinach puree, oat flower and egg whites. The r
rest of the recipe is low on sugar and uses oat flour to be gluten free, all in all it's quite a healthy dish. Jessica Seinfeld also advises parents to not spend too much time resisting one's children, it's tiring and doesn't necessarily help. Of course, this doesn't mean giving in to all their desires, but rather choosing one's battles and maintaining a consistent strategy with creative methods to obtaining a happy outcome.
